Service Design Methodology, three Preview project workshops

Service Design Methodology assumes the adoption of a human-centred approach on design new services that are centered on the customer experience.
Within the EU Erasmus+ funded project “PREVIEW Promoting Resilience and Employability in uniVersity students through Internship for futurE Work”, three online workshops will be held from February 21st to 23th, 2023 to introduce to the Service Design Methodology.
Workshops are open to all interested parties, but privileged targets are HR managers, HR consultants, University administrative staff, academics, University students and graduates. This is in line with the general aim of the project, that is to promote innovative online learning and teaching practices to train university students and graduates on the skills needed to address the challenges arising from the digital age.
